Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online shop, and add your selected product into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Please ensure you provide an accurate email address as we will send you a confirmation email to this address. Please also ensure that your shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.

Due to our quick processing times, we can not make changes to addresses after an order has been processed. All orders are shipped to the address as it appears on the invoice. We will not be liable for posting packages out to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

We accept payment with Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Mastercard Credit, Mastercard Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro and JCB. We may at our discretion require payment by bank transfer rather than by credit/debit card, prior to shipping. Especially on much larger or international orders.

Shipping and Handling Guide

For delivery in the UK, all orders are shipped using Royal Mail Signed For Delivery. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Redelivery of returned orders will incur an additional delivery payment. As all orders have to be signed for, should you not be in, your postman will notify you by leaving a card at your address which should inform you where to collect your parcel from. The parcel will most likely be left at your local Royal Mail sorting office where you have a limited time to pick it up from, before it is returned to us.

Delivery Guide

We make every effort to get your order as soon as we can and the lead delivery time is usually 1 – 2 working days.. There is a small chance that an order placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday may be sent out on Monday. Please note that on some occasions, deliveries may be outside of these times due to unforeseeable circumstances, especially during holiday periods. We will however endeavour to get your order out as soon as possible and contact you if there are to be any foreseeable delays.

Orders are processed and delivered on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only. Orders may be delivered in one or more delivery.

The Laser Treatment Clinic do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party. From the time we commence delivery of the products, you will assume all risk in the goods. Upon delivery of the goods to you, we will also provide you with sufficient details to enable you to a) exercise your right of cancellation; and b) address any intended cancellation or complaints to the correct place of business.

We do ask that you allow the specified working days stated above for your order to be delivered. If you have not received your parcel in this time, please kindly check with your local Royal Mail sorting office to see if they are holding the parcel for you. Please be advised that for security purposes deliveries will require a signature. If a signature waiver is provided, The Laser Treatment Clinic cannot accept responsibility for the theft or loss of items once delivered. We do not accept liability for delayed or non-delivery of products. It is your responsibility to ensure you provide a trusted and secure delivery address, or if you provide an alternative address or instructions, including a note to leave parcel in a different secure or non-secure place, this is at your accountability and liability. Regretfully, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Please allow additional time for deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Aberdeen, Northern Ireland and other rural areas. Please note that some deliveries to Northern Ireland could be delayed by Irish Customs. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause our customers. Unfortunately for select post codes in specific rural areas we may offer limited delivery options.

We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However we will not be liable for non-delivery or miss-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry or if the shipping address is different to that of the card holders registered address.

International Shipping

Ireland/Europe/International orders may be placed online or by email. If your country is not listed in the online checkout, please email us. International orders shipped via Royal Mail Airsure generally take 7 – 14 days for shipment to arrive, depending on the customs procedures of the destination country. We strictly adhere to all customs and shipping procedures imposed by the destination country. Please check with your country’s customs office for precise charges. We assume no responsibility with respect to any tariffs, duties or other such restrictions and charges imposed and/or enforced by the destination country. If the order is refused, the customer is responsible for both duties incurred at the border of the respective country and shipment back to the UK. All delivery times stated on our website are average and may vary from country to country.

Order Cancellation

Orders are usually processed on the same day they are received. Should you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch you are asked to email us ASAP by filling in the form at the bottom of this page, stating your full name, telephone number, address  and order details (including Order ID) in all communications.

Prizes and Giveaways Delivery Guide

To enter you must be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry. No cash or alternative prizes will be given. Winner will be picked at random from all eligible entries received before the competition closing time. We will contact the winner via Facebook or Twitter. The promotion is no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.

We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given however we will not be liable for non-delivery of Prize’s or Giveaway’s. To ensure guaranteed delivery of your Prize or Giveaway in the UK, when you contact us to discuss delivery details you may also if you wish organise the payment for Royal Mail Special Delivery cost of £5.95 (UK only)

Returns & Refunds

We do hope that you will love our products as much as we do. However, when you receive your product if there are any damaged items or order discrepancies please report it to us immediately. Please notify us by email within 24 hours of receiving your package by filling in the form at the bottom of this page. You must advise us of your order date, order id number, name, address, telephone number, along with the product name and model/code number of the item affected including further details and the reason for return, so that we may investigate this for you. We will examine the faulty product and be in touch with information of what refund you are entitled to via email within a reasonable period of time.

Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery to you and in original, undamaged and unopened packaging. We will not refund postage and it is your responsibility to arrange and pay for the return of any Product. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you would like to return an item, we will usually refund you within 30 days of the day that we email you to confirm that you are entitled for a refund. Please note, this is provided that the product returned is received back to us within the 14 day returns period and is re-saleable condition. In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting.
In the case of damaged goods please retain all packaging and damaged Products for inspection for the carrier. Subject to the carrier’s report and to these Terms and Conditions we will within a reasonable time refund the price you paid for the returned Product. Please state clearly your name address and order details in all communications to us. Legal ownership of the goods will immediately revert to us if we refund any such payment to you.

We can only make a refund to the original credit card or debit card account used by you to make the online purchase. We will not accept the return of Products which have been purchased from any outlet other than this online Site. The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Procedure

Please follow the below procedure for returning your parcel to us.

Please notify us by email within 24 hours by filling in the form at the bottom of this page. You must advise us of your order date, order number, name, address, telephone number, along with the product name, barcode number(found on the base of the carton), of the item affected and the details of the problem.

Re-pack the item in its original protective packaging and include a copy of the Invoice Note so that we can identify it is from you. Please ensure you return your unused goods as sold, in fully re-saleable condition with security seals unbroken and packed in its original packaging, within 14 days of delivery to you.

Cover your address label with a new label clearly stating the Full returns address: The Laser Treatment Clinic, Returns dept, 1 Harley Street, London W1G 9QD (this is where your package must be posted to).

All returns must be sent via Recorded Delivery at the Post Office, as we cannot be responsible for any items that are lost in transit. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting.
Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.
