When you are pregnant, putting on a bikini is probably the last thing on your mind, but once your bundle of joy has arrived and you get your body back, you will undoubtedly want to feel comfortable in your own skin again.
Unfortunately, pregnancy can leave behind stretch marks that can compromise how you feel about showing off your body. Stretch marks can appear on the breasts, stomach, buttocks and thighs and they can be extensive and noticeable.
But, is there any way to prevent them from forming in the first place?

• Keep your skin hydrated and nourished. Creams, serums and oils, such as Rose E oil, can help the skin to stay supple and soft, which will help it stretch and ease any discomfort.
• Watch your weight. You may feel like you should be eating for two, but excessive weight gain will increase the likelihood of stretch marks.
• If, despite everything, your skin ends up marked, consider stretch mark removal to improve its appearance.
